By using Deathline you agree to these terms.
2. What Deathline Is
A mortality awareness tool for personal reflection. NOT a medical device or medical advice. NOT a legal document or legal will. Lifespan estimates are statistical approximations only. Actual lifespan may vary significantly.
3. Legacy Vault (Coming in v1.2)
Vault messages are NOT legally binding wills. Delivery of messages depends on nominated contacts acting on instructions. Deathline is not liable for non-delivery.
4. Mental Health
If content causes distress, please seek professional support. iCall India: 1800-599-0019 (free, Monday–Saturday 8am–10pm).
5. Limitation of Liability
Deathline is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on lifespan estimates. Use the app as a reflective tool, not a medical authority.
6. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated — continued use constitutes acceptance.
