Entry #02: Some things are easier written than spoken.
Dear You,
There were days when we looked ourselves and felt like we weren't enough. Like something about us needed to be fixed or hidden just to fit in. The mirror didn’t feel like a friend it felt like something that pointed out everything we lacked, and we carried those quiet doubts more often than we'd like to admit.
But then we started to notice where those feelings were coming from. The endless scrolling, the perfect images, the filters that made everything look flawless, they slowly shaped how we ourselves. It became easy for us to compare and to believe that what we saw on screens was the standard we had to reach, even if it wasn’t real.
So we created Dear You. A space to talk about these things openly, to understand how social media affects us and to remind everyone that body diversity is natural.
This campaign isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning to see ourselves with a little more kindness, one page at a time.
Dearest readers,
This is where the story begins
