That's why "Dear Beti," an organization dedicated to empowering young women, is excited to announce the launch of its groundbreaking "Dear Beti Mentorship Program."

Why the "Dear Beti Mentorship Program"?

At its core, this program is designed to expose girls to real-world knowledge and groom them for successful careers. With a mission to foster empowerment and self-assurance, "Dear Beti" believes that mentorship is the key to unlocking a brighter future for the girls we serve.

How Does It Work?

The "Dear Beti Mentorship Program" pairs young girls, our mentees, with our mentors, who serve as guides, advisors, and role models. 

Personalized Mentorship: Each mentee is thoughtfully matched with a mentor who aligns with their career interests and aspirations. This ensures a tailored and meaningful mentorship experience.

Interactive Workshops: Workshops and seminars cover a wide range of topics crucial for personal and professional development. From leadership skills to effective communication, these sessions equip our mentees with essential life skills.

Networking Opportunities: The program opens doors to a vast network of professionals and peers, providing mentees with opportunities to build valuable connections and broaden their horizons.

Our Mentors: Our mentors are a diverse group of  females who have thrived in their respective fields. They are leaders, innovators, and advocates for gender equality, committed to paying it forward by empowering the next generation of female leaders.
