In just 3 weeks, our members will be competing at the State Leadership Conference in Emeryville, participating in multiple case competitions, and taking objective tests at the state level.

Over three days, our members volunteered with Our City Forest, coming out to plant trees and support environmental sustainability while demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and commitment to community service. 

Inspired by the Harvard innovation challenge, participants will form teams, analyze a business case, and develop an innovative solution. Each team will then present their ideas to a panel of executive-level judges.

62 of our members attended FBLA’s California State Fall Leadership Conference in San Diego on November 7–8 to participate in case competitions. 6 of our teams earned top placements in their events!

From May 30th to June 1st, our Internal Members (IMs) competed at FBLA’s National Conference in Dallas, Texas, where 13 teams and individuals proudly placed and represented De Anza College on the national stage!

This Spring Quarter, we hosted PBL Shark Tank with 50 participants across 10 teams who built full pitches in just one hour, showcasing amazing creativity in tech, sustainability, and more!

At the end of Spring Quarter, our IMs delivered impressive 10-minute Crisis Strategy Simulation presentations, addressing crises faced by companies like Disney and Nvidia with outstanding research, strategy, and creativity.

During Spring Quarter, we hosted Business Olympics, where teams competed in creative business-themed 'sports' like Price is Right, VC or Trash, Business Jeopardy, and more - with each member taking on a unique challenge.

From March 6-9th 49 of our Internal Members (IMs) went to compete in San Diego at FBLA's State Conference where 33 teams + individuals placed top 5 within their competition!

On Sunday, February 16th, many of our Internal Members (IMs) went to serve & help out our community by making lunch boxes & packing food for Hunger at Home!

This Fall Quarter we had the amazing opportunity to take 40 students to Emeryville in order to compete across diverse business fields of marketing, finance, entrepreneurship & impromptu speaking!

This Fall Quarter we are so thankful to have hosted De Anza's first ever Business Conference. With over 60 participants we put on 3 case competitions encapsulating the fields of Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Technology/AI!

In the latter part of our Spring Quarter our members had the privilege to attend Moss Adam's San Francisco office to learn more about our sponsor!

Our last Spring Quarter we had the amazing opportunity to compete in the FBLA State-wide conference. Here we saw 18 teams place within the top 5 of their respective case competitions and/or objective tests!
