My Standards 

1. No Storm Hype
   I promise to never hype up a storm just for drama or clicks. When there's a potential for severe weather, I'll give you the straight facts—no exaggeration. If it's serious, we'll talk about it; if it's not, I won't waste your time.

2. No 15-Day Out Model Runs
   You won’t see me giving you 15-day forecasts or far-out model runs. Why? Because they’re unreliable, and I believe you deserve the truth. I’ll only talk about forecasts within a realistic and actionable time frame—usually no more than 7 days. If i do see something very Interesting I will share it with you. 

3. Focusing on Arkansas, Hot Springs, & Garland County
   This is all about Arkansas. Specifically, Hot Springs and Garland County. If you live outside of these areas, I'll do my best to direct you to sources that can give you accurate forecasts for your location.

4. Not a Professional, Just a Weather Enthusiast
   Let’s be clear: I’m not a certified meteorologist. I’m just someone who loves tracking weather and sharing what I’ve learned. So, while I take pride in my knowledge, I’m not claiming to be the next Jim Cantore. Always seek professional advice for life-threatening weather events. I am however a certified Storm Spotter.

5. The Quiet Promise
   If you don’t hear from me, it's because the weather is calm, quiet, and nothing to worry about. No news means no storms or dangerous weather on the horizon. I won’t fill your feed with unnecessary updates just to keep you entertained.

6. Honesty Over Hype
   When it comes to severe weather, I will always be upfront. If it’s worth talking about, we’ll talk about it. If it’s not, I won’t make a big deal out of it. Period.
