Our training sessions are meticulously planned by our coaches and are designed to maximize our youth skills, behavior, academics, and health . We strive to prepare our youth through training while having fun doing it. Youth training will be conducted by a designated coach depending on your age. Each coach has different schedules and will inform you of the times and days their group will train. Training will be comprised of practice, activities (scrimmage and games), and lectures that will touch upon the following subjects:
