New (used) Shimano V brakes front and back, new Avid brake levers (about $15 each), new Bontrager tires ($26 each), new 7 speed shifter, all new cables ($15-$20), and a new seat.
Condition:
All the bearings have been packed and adjusted, shifting should be perfect, and brakes are well adjusted.

Small adult 2010s Specialized Hardrock mountain bike. 26" wheels, rim V brakes, 7 x 3 speeds, and front suspension.
Condition:
Tires are used but in good shape with no cracking, brake pads are new, chain is used but nearly new, shifts and stops well, paint is in very good shape save a few scratches near the chain, and the seat and seat post are new. The seat is carbon fiber. Includes a cast aluminum kickstand.
