About Me

The Heart Behind the Creations

Hi, I’m Deann! After 34 amazing years as a Kindergarten teacher, my love for creating handmade gifts didn’t retire—it grew even stronger. What began as little crafts for my students has blossomed into Deann’s Designs, a space where creativity, love, and coziness come together in every stitch.

With a little encouragement from my daughter, I turned my passion into something I get to share with all of you. Now, instead of teaching little ones, I spend my days crafting one-of-a-kind knit items that bring warmth, joy, and a personal touch to your home or gift-giving.

Whether it’s something festive, seasonal, or just a special treat for yourself or a loved one, my hope is that each piece makes you feel as cherished as my students always did.

Thank you for supporting handmade and joining me on this creative journey—I’m so glad you’re here!
