Deanna Deveney

About Me

Deanna Deveney began her career as a communications and government affairs specialist after completing her term as an assistant district attorney. Before moving to Everett, she served as Medford's Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and Communications. This position has a wide range of tasks and duties. So, for example, she spent time establishing municipal and major policies, strategies, and plans. One of her duties was to oversee the company's communications, which included broadcast, internet and social platforms, and written materials. The mayor's liaison to numerous municipal, state and federal authorities also included aiding with legislation. Even during a crisis like the covid19 epidemic, Deanna earned a name for herself in the City of Everett.

Deanna has proven during her career that she possesses a singular capacity to manage many tasks simultaneously. Her spare time is dedicated to helping veterans and mentoring other women who want to work in politics. She also attempts to retain close ties with her family and friends and works hard to keep in touch with essential people. For those who desire to emulate her as a female leader, she is a great role model both in and out of the workplace.
