Identify one performance Indicator for each cluster that you consider as most important and that you are excited to do. TASK 2: LESSON 1
1. Use the survey form below on the use of ICT in the classroom.
2. Conduct a survey of at least 3 high school teachers or those who are teaching grade7 to grade 12.
3. Gather all data from the class, you may ask the results from your classmates as well and answer
the following questions.
1) How many Teachers responded on the survey? How many of them answered “Yes” or “No”
for each item? What percent is “Yes”? “No”?
-There are 108 high school teachers that responded on the
survey. Based on the survey, in every item the teachers answered YES and
there are 100% in YES.
2) Which of the 10 item/s has more “Yes” than “No” answers? Rank the items with more “Yes”
and rank the items with more “No”.
-The survey got 100% with the answer “YES”.
3) What conclusion can you derive from your results?
-All of the answers are “YES”. Teachers are really using technology especially
today not just in modern generation but also in pandemic situation. Both teachers
and students is easily connected because of technology.

EXPERIENCE AS A LEARNER
Write a Paragraph about your personal experience on how technology has influenced your life as a
learner from elementary, high school and college.
How Technology Influenced my Life as a Learner.
In elementary, I already encountered different types of technology such as TV and speakers but
way back then I was not really fond of technology because as a kid I only focus on playing outside. In
high school, the common technology used are cellphones and computers. It is when the technology
is more known and needed because of school purposes. Because of my curiosity about technology, I
took major in electronics in my senior years but it was just as short period of time to study
everything. Now that I’m in college, I’ve realized that technology not just works with electricity, some
of them uses knowledge.

How will I use Technology When I become a teacher?
Technology is very known in today’s generation. As a future teacher I will enhance the process
of giving knowledge to my students such as creative presentation of instructional materials with the
use of technology. I am also planning to open up an activity with my students to use their skills in
editing or any skills that uses technology. I would be glad enough to be part of their process in
mastering and understanding the importance and use of technology.
