MEDIA RELEASE FORM

In order to distribute video to families for their own personal use, everyone visible on stage must sign a DCPS Media Release Form. Per our licensing with Disney, performance videos are not for redistribution beyond personal use, nor are they to be available for purchase. Please do not post to social media. We may only post small performance clips to social media for the sole purpose of promoting and selling tickets to these shows.
