DealFlow is an internal sales tool built for Sethi Toyota dealership staff. This app is not meant to be used by general public.
Data We Collect
- Phone number (used for login via OTP)
- Name and personal profile information
- GPS location (captured during field lead logging and periodic status updates)
- Customer lead information entered by sales representatives
- Device information for crash reporting
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate your identity via OTP
- To record and manage customer sales leads
- To track field activity for performance reporting
- To calculate and distribute sales incentives
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized Sethi Toyota management.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your employment and for up to 1 year after account closure.
