Bankers win deals primarily because of relationships cultivated over a long time; a pretty presentation right before a company goes public means little compared with the 5-10 years of meeting the CEO and CFO before that point.

Business deals often require teamwork. To enlighten your team regarding their responsibilities for closing that deal; you might want to make a presentation. The Animated Business Deal PowerPoint Template gives interactive slides that can help you make your next business deal presentation.

This animated PowerPoint template gives a sequence of slides for designing a business deal presentation. The first slide in the sequence provides interactive links for all slides in the slide deck. You can use this slide to switch between all slides in a click. The slides are by default labeled by number.

You might be planning your next business deal and might want to run your colleagues through the nitty-gritty details regarding their roles. This might include a preparation for presenting a project proposal or a plan for an upcoming venture. In such a case you are likely to have more success if you make a presentation. The Interactive Business Deal PowerPoint Template can help you do just that.

There are five slides in this interactive template, each depicting a specific part of the business deal. The presentation starts with a title slide which can be used for introducing the topic. This slide also comes with four interactive buttons, each for switching to a specific slide.

The template has the following interior slides: 4 content slides; a chart slide; a blank slide; a quote slide; and a section header slide. All slides are available in both dark and light backgrounds. Consider the audience and environment when choosing slide versions. For instance, dark backgrounds may work well for conference presentations, but are not ideal for corporate presentations or if you plan to print the slides.

Our Sales uses a specific way to represent the sales funnel, but it's quite a bit of manual work to update the slides. Would be great to embed a script within a PPT shape, for example, fetching deal value.

What I'm basically trying to achieve is a Kanban board similar to the built-in Deals view in HubSpot Sales.

My notes on the customization of the default Kanban board:

-Some customization available for Kanban cards like default vs compact view, Display tags, Display priority and associated records, Show deal activity information, but

a) Unable to remove close date (perhaps not a big deal though)

b) All deals still cannot fit onto the screen for a screenshot. In PowerPoint, you can make small boxes side by side per one Kanban column, which fits a lot more data in a compact way.

I'll continue to try the other third-party solutions tested here. In my earlier post today I mentioned DataPoint. It felt like quality software, but I could not fetch more than 100 rows at once so unable to use the software to paginate.

This electronic letterhead is created in MS Word, making it simple for your office to customize it with your information. It is ideal for sending letters as email attachments (best to save as PDF for this use). Customize using WashU brand fonts.

Often, the difference between a knockout business presentation and a poor one is the level of confidence during the delivery. Carrying out a great deal of detailed research beforehand will give you the confidence needed to ace the presentation.

Here's an example of how you can present your findings in a concise way:

A well-designed PowerPoint presentation increases your level of professionalism and makes you more authoritative in the eyes of the audience. It is important to engage your audience as much as possible when dealing with apathetic listeners, so telling a great story and using powerful visuals is a great place to start. Take a look at our article on audience engagement for more ideas.

Many presenters find themselves getting overwhelmed when dealing with a hostile audience because they neglect one or more of these key considerations. There are a few things you can do to win over a hostile audience.

The customization options are endless, from pitch decks that will knock the socks off potential investors to sales proposals that are sure to close the deal. This means you can put your best foot forward when delivering compelling presentations.

You might think that the only time you'd ever want to use a MAP is for your most important sales or enterprise prospects. However, there are times when you will want to do a strategic deal that may be small in size financially but may open up a whole new world of opportunity.

The Details section is the backbone of the MAP and shouldn't be underestimated or overlooked. It includes the core information about the deal, including who the customer is, a key contact or champion at your customer's organization, and who is handling the sale on your side.

When setting objectives, it's good to be concise with your statements. If you don't set your objectives properly and include vague or unrealistic goals, it can lead to confusion, frustration, and lack of motivation from the Customer. This could potentially jeopardize the deal.

Using milestones gives all stakeholders a sense of when they will likely complete the deal. To help keep the deal on track, you should regularly review milestone progress and make adjustments or intervene as needed.

Think of it as a mini-project plan and try to consider all eventualities, not just the best-case scenario. You should also regularly review and update this part of the mutual action plan to prevent delays that may hold up the deal.

It takes just two clicks to record, making Soapbox ideal to create product or content videos in bulk. For example, you can organize your background, write a list of topics on a piece of paper, and then record videos for many departments, such as sales, HR, and marketing.

Our self-defense workshop takes a holistic approach to self-protection, emphasizing awareness and assertiveness skills as well as physical and verbal strategies to counter violence. The goal is to leave you better equipped to deal with everything from harassment to potentially violent people to sexual assault. Participants will take part in verbal exercises, physical drills and discussion.

This crime prevention presentation will give you an overview of the DPSS law enforcement and security services on campus, incidents that should be reported and how to contact us. Personal safety, dealing with threats and suspicious behavior also are discussed in detail. Many units have made this presentation part of their annual staff training.

Our workplace and classroom violence presentation is designed for members of our community to be prepared to deal with escalating behavior and violence in the workplace or classroom. We discuss how to handle escalating or threatening behavior and violence. Prevention and reporting measures are presented within the framework laid out by the U-M Standard Practice Guide and criminal law.

An effective sales process has seven cyclical steps; prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, overcoming kickbacks, closing the sale, and following up. Every step is as important as the next for landing a client or closing a deal. However, in your sales pitch presentation, you make a solid case for your product or service.

Continue with a few introductory slides before explaining exactly how your company will fulfill the promise it offers on the opening slide. Finally, add relevant contact information for the prospect to get in touch with you and close the deal.

Avoid adding too many slides or making the sales presentation too complicated. You want the deck to convince the buyer to close the deal or be more interested, not scare them away with heavy content and confusing visual compositions.
