This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the mobile game "Deal Lay No More" (the "App"), available on Google Play. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App stores the following data only on your device (using local storage). This data is not sent to our servers:
Game progress: achievements, wins, rings earned, and progress in the main game and in-game modes (e.g. zodiac games).
Settings and preferences: such as music or in-app choices, where applicable.
Unlock state: e.g. Easter Egg, Fortune, and similar in-app unlock flags.
We do not have access to this data. It stays on your device and can be cleared if you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements (banner, rewarded video, and interstitial ads). When you use the App and see or interact with ads, Google may collect and process data according to Google's policies. This may include:
Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
General location (e.g. country or region)

You can limit or opt out of personalised ads via your device's ad settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" on Android) or Google's ad settings.
Local game data: Used only by the App on your device to provide gameplay, save progress, and show achievements. We do not receive or use this data.
Ad-related data: Handled by Google (AdMob) to deliver and measure ads. We do not sell your personal data or use it for purposes unrelated to the App and its advertising.
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's policies. We do not transmit or store your game progress on our own servers.
The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below.
You can clear the App's data or uninstall the App to remove local game data. You can manage or opt out of personalised ads via your device settings and Google's ad settings. Data processed by Google (AdMob) may be transferred and processed globally as described in Google's Privacy Policy. If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal basis for showing ads is our legitimate interest in offering a free app supported by advertising, and your consent where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at: https://sites.google.com/view/deal-lay-nomore-privacypolicy/home and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
