Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Dead Zone mobile application.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Dead Zone, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Dead Zone is a service status monitoring application that displays publicly available status information from third-party services. Dead Zone does not guarantee the
accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of status data, as it is sourced from third-party APIs.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Dead Zone offers a free tier and a premium subscription (Dead Zone Premium).
Free tier includes up to 5 monitored services with ads.
Dead Zone Premium is available as a monthly subscription and includes unlimited monitored services, push notifications, the global outage map, and no ads.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure
- Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dead Zone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dead Zone and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party
service names, logos, and status data belong to their respective owners.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Dead Zone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that status information displayed in the app is accurate, reliable, or
current. Do not rely on Dead Zone as your sole source of service status information for critical systems.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dead Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the
app.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third
parties.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
