DPB SELLER is an online real estate marketing innovation of D PRINCE BUILDERS AND ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD. It is a limited marketing network created to reach Prospective clients, increase their traffics to the Company, and commence transaction, documentation & Confirmations.
DPB SELLER Agents are online marketers(E-Agents) who sell DPB Estates indirectly by Posting and Sharing social media ads.
DPB SELLER Agents are paid a commission per number of property sold to clients who contact and transacts business through the unique agent E-Agent code.
The E-Agents code is a special code embedded in the link on each social media advert post. While different adverts may have different links, the code in the links remains the same for a particular E-Agent. The code also has a Form and the agent Whatsapp link embedded in it.
When the social media advert posted by an E-Agent is reached and responded to by a Client, the agent and company are reached automatically for follow-up. The agent's code counts the number of responses(can be seen by the company) identifying the agent as the one responsible for those clients counting as responses. When the transaction closes and clients get their purchased property, a commission will be paid to Agent.
The Terms of DPB SELLER are guidelines set up to the standards of Marketing services. A good marketing service is one that has end to end feedback connection i.e The producer keeps producing as the seller keeps selling the product which by the CONTINUAL PRODUCTION is kept available.
This Term binds both the office of the ICT Marketing, the management of D PRINCE BUILDERS AND ESTATE DEVELOPERS and DPB SELLER AGENTS.
It should be noted that DPB SELLER is a limited E-Market network and as such, Agents sign up is limited to few slots. Nevertheless after a quarter, first batch agents are audited and second batch agents are referred by qualified first level Agents. Unqualified first level or batch Agents continues as new entries on trial to be blocked at next batch entry.
->All protocols observed. All DPB agents are entitled to a Referral commission of #15,000 per plot of land or property sold irrespective of the amount the property is sold. Referral commission is payed when clients pay 50% or 100% of the total price of Land.
The following conditions or measure of service of this term hereby given
Prospective agents must register to become DPB SELLER via the online form.
E-Agents Code is made available to Agents in 3hours via Email with a First time Client Contact(FCC) campaign to be posted immediately by the Agent on the Company's Facebook Timeline
E-Agents are to work with their Code by Posting and Sharing ads sent to them as weekly and daily campaigns
Agents should know that the activity with their Code is important to the growth of the company Online and earning of their referral commission. They must therefore ensure the embedded FORM is made available to Prospective clients by active posting and Sharing of campaigns.
Clients traffic follow-up is strictly on FORM RESPONSES and agents confirmation of call/Chat Reports via WhatsApp Group >DPB AGENTS.
If the Client fills the form and does not call/chat with the Agents, ICT calls/chats with Agents on the Whatsapp group to confirm responses on the form so the agent is carried along to follow up with the Client(s)
Agents must do the same with ICT if clients call/chat with them.
In addition to ONLINE CLIENTS TRAFFIC REPORT made available by ICT from Forms to the managements via the Email label "Responds From E-Market", E-Agents must report weekly on Clients Follow up to "dprincebuildersagentscentre@gmail.com"

NOTE>
Agents with the most clients (of at least 5 clients who have closed deals) will be given the E-Agents Referrer code to refer others with and earn an additional referral commission of 20% of the first referral commission of the referred agents.
