Miss Miranda
Miss Miranda is the Owner and founder of Dynamite Dance & Cheer. She currently teaches Monday night recreational classes and coaches the competitive dance team. She also co-teaches Dynamite Bodies, our free adult dance fitness classes, with Miss Whit J at both our dance studio and at the Stilwell Wellness Center.
Miss Miranda was a studio dancer herself starting at the age of three, and while competing she earned multiple national championships as a dancer in cities like Las Vegas, Orlando, and New York City. She opened her first dance studio at the age of 19 and has never looked back. Now in her forties, she continues to implement her life lessons, her faith in God, and her passion for her students into every practice, class, and performance. It was always her dream to bring dance to Westville, and she has to pinch herself every day that it is a reality!
In addition to the studio, Miss Miranda has coached cheer/dance and created choreography for NSU, Stilwell High School, Westville JH and High School, Lincoln MS and HS, Farmington HS, and more. She is the lead ELA teacher for Arkansas Connections Academy, where she mentors all of the 6-12th grade English teachers as well as teaching her own students online. She is married to Brian, and she has five kids: Hunter, Lia, River, Rowdy, and Darcy, four bonus kids: Dominique, Brittney, Dallas, and Bridgette, and three grandbabies: Daisy, Rome, and Lakyn. Her family attends Brand New Church in Farmington.
Miss Whitney Perry
Miss Whitney Perry is our Kryptonite Competitive Dance Director. She also guest teaches technique on Monday nights.
Miss Whitney was a dancer when Miss Miranda opened her first dance studio. Fun fact-she is also Miss Miranda's little sister! In addition to dancing and competing, she played every sport she possibly could, which created a unique set of skills and experiences that she inspires the youth with today. After high school, she continued to dance on her college dance team, and she coached at Cheer It Up in Tahlequah before moving back home.
In addition to the studio, Miss Whitney is a teacher and coach at Westville High School. She currently teaches drama, coaches volleyball and cheer, and serves in several leadership and volunteer roles that help the school be the best it can be. She is married to Tyler, and together they have three kids: Kennedy, Peyton, and Beckett. Their family attends CCF Church in Siloam Springs.

She has coached recreational, competitive, and all-star cheer and currently teaches middle school English while coaching varsity sideline and competitive cheer. She also serves in leadership roles throughout her school and community.
Miss Melinda is married to her junior high sweetheart, Cliff. Together they have three children—Paisley, Avaleigh, and Easton. They pastor at Christie Southern Baptist Church. Paisley and Avaleigh are proudly all-in when it comes to DDC! ❤️
