DDA N Zone is comprised of the proposed green belt or urban extension in Delhi. It forms a part of the urbanizable regions under Master Plan Delhi 2021. The location of this zone is the north western part of the national capital. The zone is mainly made up of rural settlements along with the industrial region of Bawana.
The zone is also very well connected through railway lines and the Urban Extension Road –I. ever since the introduction of the mew model of land development in Delhi as per the MPD 2021 and the Land Pooling Policy, property developments near Delhi and the NCR regions have considerably taken a massive rise.
