Library Rules & Regulations:

Library will be kept open from 9.00 a.m.to 6.00 p.m.
Book transaction will be from 9.30 a.m.to 5.30 p.m.
Only bonafide and regular student of this institute will be the member of the Library.
One photograph must be submitted at the time of applying for membership of the Library
Every student should bring his/ her own identity card.
Observe complete silence in all section of the Library.
Personal belongings like bags, box etc.Shall not betaken in the Library.
The following scheme of issuing books exists in the Library.

a) Book Bank facility is available for final B.D.S.students.

b) Complete set of books is available for reserved categories.

c) At a time only one books Ist year B.D.S. & IInd, IIIrd. Ivth B.D.S.Two (2) books on Library card will be Issued with 15 days period.

d) For repeater student No books will be issued at home.

e) PG students & Teaching staff member will be issued maximum Two (2) Books for the period of 1 month.

For returning of books after the due date a fine of Rs.1/- student &Teaching Staff of Rs.5/- Per day per book shall be charged. Books / Journal issued for reference purpose should be returned on the same day fine of Rs.25/- Per day will be charged for the delay.
Reference books, Journal, will not be allowed to carry outside of the Library such material will have to refer in the Library only.
Tearing the pages. Marking or writing therein with ink or pencil, tearing or otherwise damaging it, will constitute an injury to a book.
Unless the borrower points out the injury at the time of submission the book, he She shall be required to replace the book with a brand new copy of the Latest edition of the same, or pay its price plus fifty percent penalty.
All should register their name for using Library PC for internet connection.

Reading Room Rules:

Complete silence should be maintained in the reading hall .
Do not write anything on the table top or draw any picture or design on it or any other piece of furniture or walls.
Use only one chair for sitting. Do not take additional chair for sitting or resting your feet. Do not carry chairs form one table to another.
Do not sit on the reading table.
Do not throw chocolate wrappers, Gutka pouches chewing gum remnant or any other rubbish in any part of the Library.
Spiting in the Library is strictly prohibited.
Do not indulge in loud gossips. Conversation or discussion (Academic or otherwise) in the Library.
Do not use Mobile in the reading hall or in any other part of the Library.
Your Mobile phone should be switched off as you are in the Library.
Recharging of Mobile phone instrument by using power point in the Library is strictly prohibited.
Do not talk loudly on your Mobile phone in the vicinity of the Library.
