SAP is a German multinational software company. It develops enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations. The company is the world's leading enterprise resource planning software vendor.

This course is branded as an 'Operational Consultant' level course and its objectives are:

• Understand the SAP screen, common icons

• Learn how to search and get help in SAP

• Learn the basics of the SAP system with hands-on exercises

• Learn how to login, logoff and navigate the SAP system

One month free access to SAP server will be provided to practice the skills you have learned during the course

The course will be conducted online (using  ZOOM / MS Teams / Blackboard) with practical exercises. the language of instruction will be English. Personal Computer or Laptop is required to conduct the practical exercises.
