Unified Multiversal Concord (UMC)

The Unified Multiversal Concord (UMC) replaces traditional war-driven institutions with seven interdependent branches dedicated to recovery, diplomacy, ethical governance, innovation, rehabilitation, and coexistence. Rather than organizing around military conquest, each branch fulfills a distinct civic purpose while working collaboratively to promote long-term peace across the multiverse.

Ecliptic Vanguard

Purpose: Rapid response, reconstruction, and humanitarian relief.

The Ecliptic Vanguard serves as the UMC's emergency response branch, specializing in disaster relief, rescue operations, environmental restoration, and crisis intervention following natural or dimensional catastrophes. While Pan serves as its public-facing leader, Bulla oversees strategic planning and culture-based technologies. Elara, Uub, and Goten function as standing operational leaders during major deployments.

Twilight Concord

Purpose: Diplomacy, peacekeeping, and reconciliation.

The Twilight Concord transforms listening into institutional practice by facilitating negotiations, mediating disputes, rebuilding fractured relationships, and reframing narratives that perpetuate conflict. It is jointly led by Pari, Trunks, Tylah, and Meilin, while Nozomi and Solon contribute archival knowledge and philosophical guidance.

Unified Nexus Initiative (UNI)

Purpose: Infrastructure, science, and multiversal engineering.

The Unified Nexus Initiative maintains the multiverse's technological and dimensional infrastructure, including gate engineering, dimensional stabilization, transportation networks, and advanced energy systems. Its principal members include Tylah Hedo, Uub, Meilin Shu, and Dr. Orion.

Celestial Council of Shaen'mar

Purpose: Ethical governance and philosophical stewardship.

Rather than functioning as a political authority, the Celestial Council serves as the Concord's ethical and philosophical foundation. Here, the principles of Za'reth and Zar'eth are debated, documented, and refined through scholarship and dialogue. The Council also oversees ethical codices and Project CHIRRU, with Gohan, Solon, and Nozomi serving as its principal scholars and custodians.

Crimson Rift Collective

Purpose: Warrior rehabilitation and restorative healing.

Led by Vegeta and Liu Fang, the Crimson Rift Collective supports veterans and former combatants as they rebuild lives beyond warfare. Through trauma-informed care, mentorship, and restorative practices, the branch helps individuals reclaim autonomy, identity, and purpose after conflict.

Obsidian Requiem

Purpose: Reintegration and post-extremist recovery.

Obsidian Requiem provides structured pathways for former extremists and individuals emerging from authoritarian systems. Rather than punishment, it emphasizes ideological deconstruction, restorative accountability, and social reintegration. Notable members and contributors include Videl, Pigero, Elara, Ren, Glorio, Kaela, Nozomi, Mira, Zara, Voraxa, Lyra, and Solon.

Celestial Mediation Initiative (CMI)

Purpose: Conflict mediation and nonviolent resolution.

The Celestial Mediation Initiative institutionalizes the belief that not every conflict should be resolved through force. It safeguards spaces for dialogue, mediation, de-escalation, and restorative justice, reinforcing peaceful alternatives before violence becomes necessary. The initiative is closely associated with Tien, Launch, and Gohan.

Independent Mentor Organizations

Starforge Kinship

The Starforge Kinship exists outside the formal governmental structure of the Unified Multiversal Concord. Rather than exercising political authority, it serves as an extended family, sanctuary, and mentorship network that nurtures emotional resilience, personal growth, and intergenerational relationships across every branch of the Concord.

Dragon Alliance

Like the Starforge Kinship, the Dragon Alliance operates independently of the UMC's formal chain of command. It functions as a cross-branch community of mentors, advisors, and veteran leaders who preserve institutional memory, cultivate cooperation between organizations, and strengthen the interpersonal bonds that sustain the Concord's mission.
