Ajoy Fernandes is a Salesian of Don Bosco (SDB). He holds Masters Degrees in Theology and Philosophy from Jnana Deepa Institute, Pune; a Masters in Sociology from Pune University, and a Ph. D in Counselling Psychology with a major in Clinical Counselling from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He has served as a resource person at Sumedha Centre, Delhi & Jeoelikote - Uttarakhand, and is a visiting professor at Divyadaan Salesian Institute of Philosophy. He is currently Director of Don Bosco International School and Don Bosco Youth Counselling Services – Prafulta, at Matunga, Mumbai. He has published three books and several research articles and videos in philosophy and psychology.
Dr. Barnabe D'Souza, SDB, holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Coventry, U.K., and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Dr. D'Souza's extensive experience with street children over three decades has resulted in 16 publications and over 50 paper presentations on research, community development, and best practices at various international forums. Over the years, he has served as Executive Director of Shelter Don Bosco (a street children's programme), Director of Don Bosco Balprafulta (a project for marginalized and rescued children), and Founder-Director of Maria Ashiana (a comprehensive rehabilitation facility for chemically dependent adolescent street boys). He is also part of the Don Bosco Research Centre, Mumbai, and Connect All India, an initiative for the social and financial inclusion of marginalized families. He also served as the Deputy Director General of the International Federation of Catholic Universities in Paris. Currently, he is the Rector of Don Bosco School and The Stellar Academy in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

Fr. Valerian Pereira, SDB, holds a doctorate in Salesian Studies from the Salesian Pontifical University, Rome and a Masters in Church History from the Gregorian University, Rome. He has spent many years teaching Salesian History, Salesian Pedagogy and Salesian Spirituality to the students of philosophy residing at Divyadaan, Nashik and the theologians residing at Don Bosco Youth Centre, Pune.

Fr. Peter Gonsalves, SDB, holds an MPhil and PhD in Communications and is a professor of Media Education and Peace Communication at the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Social Communications (2015-2018) and as a consultor to the Vatican Department of Communications (2017-2022).
