The past month has been a full circle moment! I participated in Jr Thespians in Middle School and Thespians in High School and over the past month I’ve been able to serve as an Adjudicator for both competitions. I also went back to my middle school Orange Grove Middle Magnet to speak to the current theatre students for the Great American Teach In! It was such an honor and so rewarding to give back to the community and the people that played such a pivotal role in molding me into the artist I am today! #NostalgiaChronicles
Deon recently earned his certification in 'Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in The Workplace' from the University of South Florida's MUMA College of Business.

It has been a true privilege to be apart of an amazing production with such talented and incredibly dedicated artists. The Preacherman By Cris Eli has taught me many things but most importanly, it has reminded me on how important the job of story telling is.

In conjunction with Trailblazers Collective, Deon has been contracted to direct the World Premiere of The Preacherman by Cris Eli Blak. It is the story of a Baptist preacher accused of the unthinkable, and those around him who are forced to reckon with their truths, their lives, and the world around them that seems to shut them down whenever they think of standing up.
