Daniel B. Gingerich

I am a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Before that I earned my Ph.D. in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy, also at Carnegie Mellon University. My research for my post-doc and my Ph.D. is in the WE3 Lab focuses on the energy-water nexus and environmental compliance at coal-fired power plants.

Before Carnegie Mellon, I attended Mississippi State University where I earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering and B.A. in Political Science. I attended Auburn University for a M.S. in Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering concentration).
