Team Organization
To provide equal workload to all members to complete the different tasks of project, we divided the team for different tasks. The distribution is following.
Primary responsibilities of groups are as follows:
2.1.1 Aerodynamics
Analyzed and selected configures to optimize the mission score. Team ensured suitable stability and control. Flight control parameters were predicted.
2.1.2 Structures
Studied the selection of various part of plane. Planned the manufacturing processes.
Fabricated and assembled various parts.
2.1.3 CAD
The designed the whole model of aircraft, with individual parts and assembly.
2.1.4 Propulsion
The team analyzed the power requirements for various mission profiles, designed and optimized propulsion and control systems, researched, selected, and tested the propulsion system components.
2.2 Milestone Chart
To ensure the timely completion of the project, a timeline was set along with check and balance ensured by Faculty Advisor Dr. Saif ullah Khalid. Following schedule demonstrates the stepwise methodology adapted for timely completion of the project.
