Terms of Service for Daze Tag

Welcome to Daze Tag, a virtual reality game developed by The Daze Tag Team and published by Mystfall Studios(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Daze Tag, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable age requirements of your VR platform (such as Meta, Steam, or PlayStation VR) to play Daze Tag. By using the game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Daze Tag for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized mods or hacks

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

• Use offensive, hateful, or illegal content or behavior

• Interfere with servers, networking, or gameplay systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Online Features

Daze Tag may include multiplayer, voice chat, or other online features. You understand that:

• Online interactions are with other players, not us

• We are not responsible for user-generated content

• Gameplay experiences may change or be discontinued

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Daze Tag, including software, graphics, music, characters, logos, and trademarks, is owned by The Daze Tag Team and/or Mystfall Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Virtual Items

Any in-game items, cosmetics, or progress:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Are licensed, not owned

• May be modified or removed at any time

7. Disclaimers

Daze Tag is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted gameplay, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

VR gameplay may involve physical movement. You assume all risks related to physical activity while playing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daze Tag Team and Mystfall Studios are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Daze Tag after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
