General Info

A complete schedule of programs will be posted on this page at least a month prior to the RG.

Program descriptions and speaker bios will also be posted (see page links in the footer).

3 PM - 9 PM  Friday  &

8 AM - 3 PM Saturday -- Registration Desk Open

Pick up your badge, sign up to volunteer a few times, find program information, see what other groups are doing. 

3 PM Friday - 1 PM Sunday -- Games Room is Open

Drop by anytime, day or night, to join a game or play cards. Puzzles and solitaire games are available, too. After a day of stimulating talks, first-class dining, and too much ice cream (is that a thing?), relax before bedtime by adding a few more pieces to a jigsaw puzzle. 

3 PM Friday - 1 PM Sunday * -- Hospitality is Open

There will be beverages and snackages available in the ballroom all weekend.

* Hospitality will be locked overnight to secure alcoholic beverages, equipment, supplies, etc. However, we want attendees to be able to use the space for as long as possible, so the ballroom will remain open until the last committee member believes everyone has retired each night. (This is typically between 2 AM and 4 AM.)
