Account Deletion Request

At DaySync, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account if you no longer wish to use our services. If you would like to delete your account, please follow the instructions below. 

How to Request Account Deletion:

1. To delete your account, you will need to send an email to us using the same email address you used to create your account.

2. Use the subject line: "Request to Delete My Account".

3. Send your email to: daysync.help@gmail.com 

4. In your email, please include the following information:

1. • Your Full Name (as used on the app)

   • The Email Address associated with your account

   • Reason for Deletion (optional, but helps us improve our services)

5. Once we receive your request, we will verify the email address and proceed to delete your account. You will receive a confirmation email within 7 business days once the account has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes:

• The deletion process is irreversible, and all your data, including tasks and account information, will be permanently deleted.

• Ensure that you send the request from the same email address used for creating your account. Requests from other email addresses will not be processed for security reasons.
