Privacy Policy

Data is collected in order to make the multiplayer function work, as well as collecting usage stats as a whole. The only identifying data we collect is the device Vendor ID. These aren't used for advertising purposes at all - only to make a better app.

Terms of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the online portion of the app if you engage in behaviour unconductive to the community including but not limited to modifying the app or the data it sends, inappropriate messages, or engaging in expoits to gain an advantage or play the game in a way that is unintended. Custom emotes purchasable via in-game currency Coins may be revoked from use at any time but a reimbursement of Coins will be issued where possible. Game connectivity is subject to server uptime, scheduled or unscheduled, including maintainence breaks. The app is licensed, not sold, to you as per Apple's EULA.
