Parking for the Goodell Building at UMass Amherst is primarily available in the lot located to the north of the building, accessible via Commonwealth Avenue or the campus inner loop. For visitors, the closest parking is generally in Lot 64, situated between Goodell and the W.E.B. Du Bois Library, or by using the UMass Campus Parking Garage.Â
Location: Goodell is located at 140 Hicks Way, west of the Old Chapel, in the heart of the campus.
Accessible Parking: The most convenient accessible parking is in the lot immediately to the north of the Goodell Building.
Visitor Parking: The closest visitor options are Lot 64 or the Campus Center Garage. Be aware that there are many lots with the same number, some of the Lot 64 parking requires a permit at all times, but Lot 64 at 100 Hicks Way and Lot 64 at 110 Grinnell Rd are free to park in without a permit on Sundays. Be sure to read the signs posted at the parking lots to ensure you do not get a parking ticket.
