Daymond E. Lavine, CLC is a multi-faceted and multi-talented entrepreneur with a background in systems engineering, creative arts, real estate, publishing, business development, and life coaching. Since he was a child, Daymond has always enjoyed creatively expressing himself. His creative talents include graphic design, web design and development, brand development and management, event planning and management, invitation design, and more! However, Daymond is formally trained in the field of Systems Engineering, and he has worked with the Lockheed Martin Corporation for nearly 20 years.

Daymond possesses Bachelor’s Degrees in both Physics and Electrical Engineering. He has a broad range of experience with solving tough problems, whether they are technical or creative. Thus, he has become well-adapted to stretching the limits of his imagination to solve every problem he faces with both creative and technical prowess.

Today, Daymond continues to thrive as a Staff Systems Engineering Architect with the Lockheed Martin Corporation while he builds and manages his businesses. In the field of Systems Engineering, Daymond works to integrate technologies and processes to strategically institute systematic efficiencies and cost savings for the corporation. Additionally, he builds the success of his clients via his freelance business ventures. His book—A SIMPLE Systems Engineering Guide for Success—published in 2017 through his company Daymond & Co. Creative—is a derivative of his commitment to serving others while arming them with the tools and methodologies they need to succeed.

In the recent past, as Daymond focused on building various components of his personal brand, he desperately sought out an appropriate term for himself. He was unsuccessful. He realized he excelled at managing a variety of businesses, while balancing both his technical skill and creative ingenuity. Thus, he created his a term for himself; he is a Plurapreneur®! In 2018, Daymond registered this his newly defined term with the US Patent and Trademark office.

All of Daymond’s experiences have led to his becoming a Success Strategist and Life Coach. He acquired his Life Coaching Certification via the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California in 2019. As a result, his personal brand Daymond & Co. has been expanded to include Plurapreneur®. Through this entity, Daymond provides Success Strategy and Life Coaching services for individuals and groups across a wide variety of target audiences.

Daymond has a passion for inspiring others and helping them to understand the importance of branding. In fact, personal branding and business branding are focus areas for which he coaches and trains his clients. Daymond has a hands-on approach for providing one-on-one success coaching for others. However, he is currently expanding his horizons to grow his audience through the vehicle of his ebook released in 2023 entitled The Brawn of Your Brand. In it, Daymond strives to convey to the reader that branding is a super power that can be wielded to build profound success if is grounded in authenticity and intensive self-awareness.
