A. Information You Provide to Us:
- Phone Number: We use your primary phone number to log you into the app securely via a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Profile Details: Your name and an optional profile picture to identify you.
- Delivery Address: The physical address where your milk and dairy products will be delivered by the vendor.
- Secondary Phone Number (Optional): An alternate phone number where you can be reached if your primary phone is not available.
- Special Notes (Optional): Instructions or notes you write to help your delivery agent find your address or handle your deliveries.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
- Network & Connectivity Status: The app checks if you are connected to the internet to fetch updates from our servers.
- App Usage Information: Simple info like the app version to make sure you have the latest updates and bug fixes.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify your identity and log you in using OTP.
- Help your delivery vendor deliver your milk and dairy orders to the correct address.
- Generate and show you your monthly delivery history and bills.
- Send you important notifications, announcements, or holiday updates from your vendor.
- Maintain and improve the app's performance.
4. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
- Your delivery details (name, phone, address, and delivery notes) are shared only with the specific vendor who delivers your milk.
- We send data securely to our servers (https://milker-app.dwarkadhishinfotech.com) to run the services.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION (YOUR RIGHTS)
You have control over your data:
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from within the app. Go to Profile -> Preferences -> App Settings -> Delete Account.
- Once you choose to delete your account, your profile, address, delivery configurations, and connection history are permanently removed from our active servers.
6. DATA SECURITY
We take security seriously. We use secure connections (HTTPS) to transfer your data from the app to our servers. We do our best to protect your information, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
