Digital Art Commission Info

 • Email me if you're interested! If you're not sure what to write, just provide your name (or username) and what you want drawn!

 • Give a short description of what you want (character, pose, background)

 • Include reference sheets or reference photos of characters, pets, or objects that you want included in the piece! psst! It helps to include photos from multiple angles so that the design can be accurately drawn! If you don't have any, that's ok!

 • DON’T BE AFRAID TO MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS! I'm happy to help! :)

 • I take PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp!

 • Pay in $USD; online payment sites typically convert currency automatically.

 • I do not accept checks or provide refunds.

 • Payment must be made in advance. Clients can pay a portion in advance and pay in full later after approving a mock-up sketch if desired. 

!!! Do not pay me before I approve your commission or you will be refunded!

• Owed art can be expected within a month of purchase unless otherwise stated. 

 • Major changes to the piece- (i.e; significantly changing the pose, character, or environment) are not available for free after the sketch is finished. If you would like something changed once I have started finalizing, extra fees will be charged.

 • Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the design, additional props or objects, added details, and backgrounds.

Commissions can be used by the client for personal or commercial use!

If you intend to use a commission for commercial reasons, you are required to credit me as the owner/creator of the image. 

For images intended for personal use, credit is optional, but preferred. 

The Fine Print Section, which I Included to Protect my Rights as a Very Poor Art Student

*This section is probably only important if you are a business, or if you are planning to use my artwork for commercial purposes. I have included this section in my terms of service to prevent businesses or individuals from claiming legal rights to my artwork. 

Clients obtain ownership of a digital image file when commissions are completed. Rights to the artwork itself belong to me.

This means you cannot claim my artwork as your own creation and you do not have legal ownership over the illustration itself. 

Prohibited uses of my artwork include, but are not limited to:

1. Using my artwork to train generative AI models without my permission or knowledge, and without proper financial compensation.

2. Using my work in a harmful or hateful manner, or a manner that goes against my personal values. 

3. Using my work to intimidate, target, harass, or otherwise hurt others.

4. Attempting to obtain copyright or legal ownership over my artwork without my cooperation or knowledge.

NO AI TRAINING: Any use of my work to “train” generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate images or text is expressly prohibited. I reserve all rights to license uses of my work for generative AI training and development of machine learning language models.
