The App does not require user registration or creation of a separate App account. The App may process the story text and settings you provide, generated works, reading-related data, and basic device and technical information needed for its functions. We do not proactively ask for directly identifying information such as your name or email address to use these functions.
本 App 無需使用者註冊或另外建立 App 帳號。App 可能處理您提供的故事文字與設定、生成的作品、閱讀相關資料，以及功能運作所需的基本裝置與技術資訊。我們不會為使用這些功能而主動要求您提供姓名或電子郵件等直接識別身分的資訊。
While iCloud library sync is enabled, the App uses a CloudKit-provided account identifier, which is not your Apple Account email address, and an identifier for this App installation. These identifiers help associate the library with the correct iCloud account, distinguish installation snapshots, and avoid mixing libraries when an account changes. The App does not ask for, receive, or store your Apple Account password or Apple sign-in credentials.

User-provided story input is used for content generation. To provide AI-generated results, relevant input may be transmitted to the third-party AI service Google Gemini API for processing. Work and reading-related data are also used for local saving and reading, and, while iCloud library sync is enabled, library synchronization and restoration through Apple CloudKit.

The App uses Google Gemini API, operated by Google, for AI content generation. Versions that support iCloud library sync also use Apple iCloud/CloudKit, operated by Apple, for library synchronization and restoration while sync is enabled. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information.

Local saving / 本機保存
The App saves works and reading data locally on your device so that you can continue reading and creating. This may include titles, chapters, characters, world settings, outlines, branches, side stories, bookmarks, conversion snapshots, and reading progress. Deleting the App removes its local work data from that device; reinstalling alone does not recover data that was never successfully synchronized.
App 會將作品與閱讀資料保存在裝置本機，供您繼續閱讀及創作。內容可能包含書名、章節、角色、世界觀、大綱、分支、番外、書籤、模式轉換快照及閱讀進度。刪除 App 會移除該裝置上的本機作品資料；從未成功同步的資料，不會只因重新安裝就自動復原。
iCloud library sync / iCloud 書庫同步
In iOS versions that include this feature, library sync is enabled by default. When an iCloud account is available in the device settings and sync conditions permit, the App automatically attempts to save and restore library snapshots through that account's Apple CloudKit Private Database. You do not need a separate App account or a paid membership for this feature, and you can turn sync off in the App's settings. Apple iCloud storage availability and charges, if any, are governed by Apple's terms.
包含此功能的 iOS 版本，書庫同步預設開啟。裝置設定中有可用的 iCloud 帳號，且同步條件允許時，App 會自動嘗試將書庫快照保存至該帳號的 Apple CloudKit 私人資料庫（Private Database），並讀取已保存的書庫。此功能無需額外 App 帳號，也不以付費會員為條件；您可在 App 設定中關閉同步。Apple iCloud 的儲存空間供應及可能費用，依 Apple 的條款辦理。
Library snapshots contain work and reading data, remote image URLs, deletion markers, and installation/version information needed for synchronization. They do not contain subscription entitlements, chapter quotas, sign-in credentials, or image file bytes. Images are referenced by remote URLs; this does not guarantee permanent availability of those URLs or images.
書庫快照包含作品與閱讀資料、遠端圖片網址、刪除標記，以及同步所需的安裝與版本資訊；不包含訂閱權益、章節額度、登入憑證或圖片檔案的位元資料。圖片僅以遠端網址引用，不代表這些網址或圖片會永久有效。
The App uses the private database associated with the current iCloud account, not the CloudKit Public Database, for library data. Other users cannot browse your private library through this App. CloudKit is provided by Apple and operates under Apple's applicable policies and service conditions.
App 的書庫資料使用目前 iCloud 帳號所屬的私人資料庫，不使用 CloudKit 公開資料庫（Public Database）；其他使用者無法透過本 App 瀏覽您的私人書庫。CloudKit 由 Apple 提供，依其適用政策及服務條件運作。
Reinstallation and limitations / 重裝還原與限制
After a successful sync, an App version supporting this feature can retrieve the synchronized library after reinstallation or on a compatible device signed in to the same iCloud account. Older versions without the native iCloud module do not upload works through this feature. Network availability, iCloud storage, account status, system settings, and Apple service restrictions may delay or prevent synchronization and restoration.
成功同步後，在支援此功能的 App 版本中，使用同一 iCloud 帳號重新安裝，或在相容裝置上開啟 App，可取回已同步的書庫。不含 iCloud 原生模組的舊版本，不會透過此功能上傳作品。網路、iCloud 儲存空間、帳號狀態、系統設定及 Apple 服務限制，均可能延遲或阻止同步與還原。
Before deleting an existing installation, update it without uninstalling, sign in to the appropriate iCloud account, and wait for the App to display a successful sync. Do not delete the existing App before that success is confirmed. An update or a newly available cloud database cannot recover works that were already deleted without a successful upload.
刪除現有 App 前，請先以覆蓋更新方式安裝支援此功能的版本，使用正確的 iCloud 帳號，並等待 App 顯示同步成功；未確認成功前請勿刪除。若作品在成功上傳前就已被刪除，更新 App 或完成雲端資料庫設定也無法憑空找回。
Data management and deletion / 資料管理與刪除
Turning sync off stops new automatic sync attempts, but does not delete existing iCloud snapshots. A request already sent to Apple may still complete. Deleting the App also does not by itself delete existing CloudKit snapshots.
關閉同步會停止後續新的自動同步嘗試，但不會刪除既有 iCloud 快照；已送交 Apple 的操作仍可能完成。刪除 App 本身，也不等於刪除既有 CloudKit 快照。
When you delete a work from the library, the App records a deletion marker and, when sync is enabled and succeeds, synchronizes that marker to prevent older snapshots from automatically restoring the work. This does not immediately erase every historical snapshot containing it. The App currently has no control that completely erases all cloud snapshots.
您在書庫刪除作品時，App 會記錄刪除標記，並在同步開啟且成功時同步該標記，避免舊快照自動把作品還原。這不代表立即抹除所有含有該作品的歷史快照；目前 App 未提供完整清除全部雲端快照的操作入口。
You may use the applicable options available in iOS/iCloud storage management to manage your data, or contact us through Section 7 for guidance. CloudKit library sync is distinct from an iCloud device backup; turning off or deleting a device backup should not be assumed to erase CloudKit library data. Contacting us does not grant us access to your private database or guarantee that we can read or delete its contents on your behalf. The App does not set an automatic expiry period for these library snapshots.
您可依 iOS／iCloud 儲存空間管理當時提供的適用選項管理資料，或透過第七節聯絡方式取得操作協助。CloudKit 書庫同步與整部裝置的 iCloud 備份不同；請勿將關閉或刪除裝置備份，視為已清除 CloudKit 書庫資料。聯絡我們不會讓我們因此取得您私人資料庫的存取權，也不代表我們能代您讀取或刪除其內容。App 目前未為這些書庫快照設定自動到期日。
