Description of Service
Dawwin is a personal journaling application that allows you to:
Create and organize journal entries (moments)
Categorize entries into custom spaces
Track your daily mood
View analytics and insights about your journaling habits
Sync your data across devices
Your Account
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate account information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Dawwin. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not use Dawwin to store illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
Premium Subscription
Dawwin offers a premium subscription with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:
You authorize us to charge your payment method
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
You can cancel anytime through your device settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies
Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use Dawwin for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use automated systems to access the service
Disclaimer of Warranties
Dawwin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. Please keep local backups of important information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawwin and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Dawwin at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data according to our data retention policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
