As a mother of three young children, I carry a deep understanding of the strength, vulnerability, and transformation that birth brings. My approach blends evidence‑based guidance with a warm, steady presence, offering families both practical support and heartfelt reassurance. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel seen, empowered, and genuinely cared for, and it’s an honor to walk beside families as they welcome their babies into the world. 

Three very different birth experiences, the profound grief of losing my mom during my first pregnancy, and the challenge of birthing through a pandemic with my second all shaped me. These moments didn’t just change me — they fueled my passion to show up for others with the strongest, most meaningful support possible.
