My current classes center on data-driven managerial decision-making. I prioritize analytical thinking over tool mastery. I integrate modern generative-AI aids (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and custom ChatGPT modules. Some of my graduate students have successfully participated in Kaggle data science competitions.
My primary research lies at the intersection of statistical methodology and management science, with contributions appearing in journals such as Journal of the American Statistical Association, Management Science, International Journal of Forecasting, Journal of Non-Parametric Statistics and Annals of Operations Research. I also pursue interdisciplinary research beyond these core areas. As such, my recent work on generative AI is forthcoming in the Communications of the ACM, which is a premier outlet in Computer Science and Information Technology.
