- Biometric Data: Photographs taken during attendance clock-in/clock-out

- GPS Coordinates: Latitude and longitude when you record attendance
- Geofence Validation: We verify if you are within designated work locations
- WiFi Network Information: BSSID (WiFi access point identifier) to validate attendance for head office employees
Device Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device:
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version
- Firebase Device Token: For push notification delivery
- Network Information: WiFi connection status and network details
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App:
- Attendance Records: Clock-in/clock-out times, photos, locations
- Leave Applications: Leave type, dates, duration, reasons
- Overtime Records: Overtime requests and approvals
- Approval Activities: Your approval decisions and comments
