We reserve the right to refuse your project for any given reason.

We are not interested in competitive projects, nor competing with quotes from other agencies in any regard.

By purchasing our services, you are agreeing to allow us to place the work we have created for you in our portfolio, Architectural or Graphic.

We are not interested in performing architectural projects in residential properties of: Davis, Rancho, Tortilla Flats, and El Burro Heights.

We are not willing to construct properties, businesses, or rooms utilized for sexual or erotic purposes, commercial or residential. Exceptions to this term can be made depending on the project details.

Revisions post-completion are not free, and will require an additional cost of labor and assets, and can also be refused for any reason.

Architecture projects utilize a written and signed contract of service. Price estimates and time-to-completion estimates are not representative of the final product of service.

Designs will be made in accordance to the request, and displayed every step of the way in it's process to insure quality and satisfaction.

Revisions are made exclusively at the discretion of the graphic artist, and we are not inclined to revise any project that isn't inherently a mistake on our behalf. (Ex: Typos, missing information, etc.)

We are not interested in creating graphics or photography utilized for sexual or erotic purposes, commercial or personal. Exceptions to this term can be made depending on the project details.

Graphic projects utilize a written and signed contract of service, with payment expected in full at the time of signing, without any exception. Price estimates and time-to-completion estimates are not representative of the final product of service.

Communications and transfer of data will be handled exclusively through Email, or in person. ((Primarily Discord, with forum PMs additionally.))

How the finished design is utilized after it's creation process is not at the accountability of the Graphic Artist, nor are they responsible for it's implementation into use.
