When booking an appointment, you will find common topics that we can help with. Each problem is different because of that each business issue is priced individually. Estimates are sent based upon scope of work needed for each project.

BOOKING

When can I book an appointment?

Whenever you like. You will be able to book an appointment 24 hours prior to it. The booking tool will show you availability for the next 2 weeks.

What do I do if there aren't any appointments available?

In the case all the slots are taken, we recommend you check availability the next day. A new day of appointments will be available and other time slots may open up due to rescheduling or cancellations.

Why does the booking process instruct to choose 3 topics?

On average, we are able to support 3 topics issues or problems per 30-minute appointment max. This can vary depending on the amount of questions and the level of expertise you may have. 


Ultimately, the appointment form is a guide to help us prepare before the call and focus on your main goals.

HOW TO JOIN A CALL

Can I join by phone?

YES, This the most preferred method and first choice for our advisors. You can also share your screen with us. This way, we can see what you see and guide you step-by-step if needed remotely. You will get a choice: you pick.

If your computer doesn't have a functioning microphone, you can also let your Advisor know with email and they will call you to the provided phone number. This way, you can proceed to have the communication over the phone while still sharing your screen.

How do I join the video conference?

Video call are the 2nd option. Your appointment with a Small Business Advisor will be a phone call or video call. There are 3 steps to follow in order to join your video call at your selected time and date:


Step 1: Ensure you have access to a laptop or desktop computer.


Step 2: On the date and time of your appointment, join the call using the Meet link provided in your booking confirmation email or in your customer panel. Your Small Business Advisor will join the call and start your appointment.

How can I pay for the CONSULTING services?

Currently accepting PayPal, credit / cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment required before scheduled contact.
