Privacy Policy This privacy policy applies to the David Wise app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by David Wise (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Device Data: IP address, operating system, and unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).

• Usage Data: Pages visited, interaction timestamps, and app performance logs.

• User Selected Content: Photos, videos, and text prompts specifically selected or captured by you for AI processing.

2. Data Sharing - Third Party Access & AI Processing

To provide advanced AI-driven content generation, the Application transmits user-submitted data to specific third-party AI service providers.

A. AI-Powered Feature Processing When you use the Application's AI features, the content you submit (Photos, Videos, or Text) is transmitted to our processing partners solely to generate your requested results. This includes the analysis of facial features to apply AI effects.

B. Detailed List of Third-Party AI Service Providers & Models The Application utilizes the following models and infrastructures to process user data:

• Google: Veo 3.1, Imagen 4 Ultra, Nano Banana Pro, Gemini 3.0 Series.

• Kuaishou (Kling AI): Kling 3 Pro, Kling 2.6 Pro (Native Audio), Kling Image.

• ByteDance: Seedance 2.0 Pro, Seedance 1.5 Pro, Seedream 4.5.

• OpenAI: Sora 2 Pro, GPT-4o Image, DALL-E 3.

• Alibaba: Wan 2.2, Wan 2.1.

• Black Forest Labs: FLUX.1 [dev], Flux Pro 2, Flux Kontext Max.

• Luma AI: Luma Dream Machine.

• Runway: Gen-3 Alpha.

• Tencent: Hunyuan-Video.

• Other Specialized Providers: fal.ai (Inference), Higgsfield, Ideogram 3, Pika 1.5, ShengShu Technology (Vidu Q2 Pro), MiniMax (Hailuo).

C. Data Retention by AI Providers User content is processed in real-time. Our third-party AI providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from retaining it beyond the time necessary to fulfill the request or using it for their own model training without explicit separate consent.

3. Face Data Policy (Guideline 5.1.1)

• What we collect: The Application analyzes facial landmarks from uploaded photos.

• Purpose: To enable face-swap, AI avatar generation, and facial expression transformations.

• Sharing: Face data is shared with the secure AI providers listed above. It is never sold or shared with data brokers.

• Retention: We do not store raw face data permanently. It is deleted immediately after the AI generation is completed.
