I am a Professor of Economics at Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE.


I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics by the Autonomous University of Barcelona.


From April to June 2022, I was part of the International Policy Analysis division at the ECB.



My research interests are in the fields of Digital Currencies (cryptocurrencies and CBDCs), Payment Systems, Monetary Economics, and Applied Microeconomics.
