The “7 Cities Vision” is our vision to see like-hearted communities, houses of prayer, individuals, ministries, and churches from across the 7 Cities of Hampton Roads and the 757 region come together in a regional, multi-site 24-7 expression of worship and prayer.

Weekly, recurring times of worship and/or prayer (or "sets") take on many different formats and expressions.  They happen in churches, homes, houses of prayer, and other locations around the area.

For me, heaven meets earth more easily in worship. 

I am so grateful that I can sing and play an instrument but anyone can give themselves to God in wonder, gratitude and awe in any number of settings—in the woods, in the shower, in their beds as they wake up. I do! 

The key is to pour out your heart without holding back.  God loves gushy hearts, full surrender, full delight. That’s what I shoot for in my hour of worship each week— and in my daily life. “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart” (Ps. 37:4)  That happens because He shapes those desires as we spend time enjoying our Creator, Sustainer, Greatest admirer, Best Friend, King, Savior and God.
