Hosting God's presence through unending worship in Hampton Roads

Fellow worshipers,

For the past 8 years David's Tent 757 has been blessed to work with 18 different local host churches and has hosted over 100 continuous worship events.  We've also served as David's Tent DC Virginia State Coordinators for 7 years.  Hundreds of volunteers and attendees have encountered the Presence of the Living God at our events.  Praise the Lord!

Over that time, many local churches and ministries have also begun and continued hosting regular 24-hour events and/or extended worship and prayer events.  This is great news!  We're excited to see that the vision we had for worship and prayer in our area has been adopted by so many and are humbled to have played whatever part we did in that by the grace of God.

Right now we feel the Lord's leading for David's Tent 757 to take a less active role in hosting events.  Also, after much prayer, our Director, Aaron Cook, believes the Lord has released him, for the time being at least, from his duties as Director of our beloved David’s Tent 757.  We are expecting that we may do one event or worship night a year during this season.

In the meantime, be assured that we love the community of worshippers that the Lord has been building through this ministry and look forward to continuing to lift up the Name of Jesus with you at the many other worship events all around the 757 region.  Please join us in seeking out and supporting other worship ministries in our area.  Thank you for your support and blessings to you, and your families!
