3 Ways to participate
Tutoring
Volunteer your time to help kids with math and reading! This is a real time activity that you can either do face to face (the students are a 10 min. drive from CWRU) or via Zoom.
Computer game design
Are you good at designing cool and interactive computer games? This activity will involve occasional contact with students. Most of your time will spent coding games to teach math and/or reading skills. You'll interview DCI faculty to find out what's needed, interview students to find out what would be fun for them, and then create the games.
Web design
Help us spread the message! The DCI web presence needs some work. The activity will involve interviewing DCI staff to find out what's needed and then coding improvements to their existing web presence.
