Welcome to my website!  

I'm a Senior Data Scientist at WithSecure Corporation in Helsinki, Finland.

Before transitioning to industry in August of 2019, I was an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Universidad de los Andes, in Bogotá, Colombia, a postdoc at Aalto University, in Helsinki, Finland, a Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland, College Park, and many years ago even an undergraduate at Boston College.

Even though I'm no longer in academia, I still intend on keeping this website as a repository of previous research activities, ongoing projects with academic collaborators, etc.  And hopefully I keep uploading wildlife photos as well.
