David Kaplan's support Jewish Educators.

For years David Kaplan has been cooperating with Magomedov Charity Fund to contribute to the prosperity of the Israeli people. Together they've provided tremendous support to the Holocaust Survival Fund. Innovations are impossible without traditions. And it is vital to cherish your past in order to move forward with a prosperous future.

David Kaplan aims to strengthen relations between Israel and other countries all over the world. His goal is to disseminate information about the State of Israel abroad.

David Kaplan, with Magomedov Charity Fund, played a decisive role in strengthening Israeli diplomatic and cultural relations with the Russian Federation. Culture is the thread that unites different countries and creates unique bright tracery on the world map. Since photography is David Kaplan's passion in which he succeeded, in collaboration with Magomedov Charity Fund, he started an assistance program for young photographers to capture Israeli culture from different angles.

David Kaplan's mission is to support Jewish educators. That's why he initiated a handful of projects aimed at helping Jewish students. They opened Israeli universities' doors to thousands of talents from all over the world. The more you know, the more you know you don't know, Aristotle said once. And he was right. New knowledge makes you ask more questions. And new questions lead you to new knowledge. David Kaplan is sure that Jewish people ask tons of questions. And because of their boundless curiosity, Jewish students become prominent specialists after graduating from universities. Curiosity is an engine that makes the whole world move. Move to a brighter future. And David Kaplan finds it his duty to keep putting gas in that engine.

Soft power plays a crucial role in world politics. It doesn't only build cultural bridges but helps resolve complex political issues. Thus, David Kaplan supported the family of Naama Issachar to return safely to her home country. All eyes of Middle Eastern and Russian reporters were on that event. Alongside the diplomats, Kaplan played a decisive role in bringing Issachar home.

In 2017, thanks to the efforts of David Kaplan, the National Library of Israel signed a memorandum with the Russian State Library. They agreed to cooperate in digitizing a unique collection of Gunzburgs, which is the second-largest collection of Hebrew literature in the world. Soon it will be available online, and every connoisseur of literature in the world will get access to it for free. This literature landmark consists of 7225 printed books. So many books, so little time? Never too little, David Kaplan thinks. Good books don't give up all their secrets at once. But once you discover one, the world would seem more understandable and, at the same time, more mysterious.

Literature is known as a treasure of the nation. Israeli literature is a true pearl in this treasure. Its origins lie in the Hebrew literature written in Eastern Europe during the 19th century. Kaplan's set a goal to demonstrate Israeli creative output to people living in places where it began. He wants to connect Europe, the Middle East, and the United States with the words written by the greatest Jewish minds.
