Parliament

The parliament has 6 seats. Each sit has a vote each time there is a law or document to pass. Only the president can submit a new law to the parliament. One person can have more than one seat in the Parliament. The positions of parliament are referred to as 'seats' because the person who occupies it has no real power, the power comes from the position itself which acts as a legal entity. The noticeable exception is the Supreme Master who is the ruler by his own legal power and not by the seat. The seats of populus legatus are appointed directly by the president.
