The Development Stage
The Development Stage
At this stage, I created three versions of the course: a live instruction with a facilitator guide and participant workbook using PowerPoint, an instructional video using Adobe Premiere Pro, and an e-Learning micro-lesson using Articulate Storyline 360. The micro-lesson demonstrates my capacity for receiving feedback and editing and so you will find it on the Implementation page.
PowerPoint
Here is the live instruction presentation, which also has a recorded narrative for Asynchronous possibilities.
Please be sure to download and open with PowerPoint to experience the full effects and proper formatting
Facilitator Guide
This guide gives cues, explanations, and engagement activities and invites instructors to utilize their knowledge.
Please be sure to download and open with PowerPoint to experience the full effects and proper formatting
Participant Workbook
This workbook helps participants connect the content to their knowledge, which makes the course relevant and increases retention
Please be sure to download and open with PowerPoint to experience the full effects and proper formatting
Instructional Video
I developed this version of the course with an awareness of the primacy/recency effect and cognitive overload; thus, I chunked information and made sure there was motion at least every 30 seconds.
