I'm a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy at University College London, supervised by Jonathan Gingerich and Rob Simpson. I'm also the deputy director and an associate researcher on The Spontaneity of Freedom Project at UCL.

I'm interested in a number of topics across ethics and moral psychology as well as social and political philosophy. 

These interests have coalesced into my PhD project: "A New Ethics of Authenticity". The aim of this project is to clarify what it means to live an authentic life and whether authenticity constitutes a legitimate ethical ideal that individuals and political institutions ought to promote. 

I'll be a Visting Scholar at Yale University in spring 2027 as part of the Yale-UCL Exchange Programme, during which I'll be working with Laurie Paul.

Prior to starting my PhD, I completed the MPhil Stud at UCL. My master's thesis was on the absence of a theory of meaning from Ludwig Wittgenstein's later philosophy of language (which you can find here). 

Before that, I did my undergraduate studies at King's College London, also in philosophy.
